This was the first song I wrote after RESOLVE-ing to record some new music. I was sitting with my guitar and this very simple guitar riff came out - the main hook in the song. I love writing guitar parts with only 2 notes in the chord, and then adding more notes in additional parts to change the chord later in the song; that's where you get the major-implied chord over this very minor riff. Oh, and one of the drum loops is actually me beatboxing into an iPhone app, which is a first for me.
